You're invited to take Gallup's CliftonStrengths Top5 assessment. This assessment is a powerful online tool that helps individuals identify, understand and maximize their strengths. Please follow these steps to take the CliftonStrengths assessment and discover your strengths:

1. Visit Gallup Access at https://my.gallup.com/_Home/RedeemAccessCode

2. Copy and paste your unique access code on the Enter Access Code page, and then click Continue. You will find your access code by your name in the attached pdf.

3. Sign in to your account, or register a new account if you don't have one.  After signing in, you will be able to take the CliftonStrengths assessment. Please give yourself 45 minutes of quiet, uninterrupted time to complete it. Please note: If you have completed this assessment in the past, Gallup will not let you take it again with the same account. In this case, you may opt to use your old results or create a new account with a different email address to take it again.
