How do I find a course or webinar once I've registered?

Once you've registered for something in CASE's learning platform, you can find it by selecting "My courses," which is located in the top menu bar from learn.case.org or in the left hand toolbar on other pages.

If you do not see it listed there, use the search bar to look for the title of the course or webinar.

Where do I find certificates or badges for courses I've completed?

If a course you have completed comes with a certificate or badge, you can find them by selecting Badges from the left-hand menu when you are logged into the platform.

Badges may be shared directly to your LinkedIn profile from this platform, and will appear under your Licenses & certifications. 

Who do I contact for help with the CASE learning portal?

If you are encountering technical issues or have questions about accessing things, please use the small help icon on the bottom right of any page to submit a ticket. If you have a question about a piece of content, please email learn@case.org.

How do I log into the platform?

Your log in for the CASE Learning Center will be the same as the log in credentials you used to register. This should be the same email address and password you use to access the CASE website.
