AI agents are proliferating across industries and demonstrating impressive capabilities: from solving math problems that have stumped humans for centuries to scanning clinical notes and patient records and alerting medical staff to adverse events weeks before they would have been identified by human review. Some believe that AI agents are now superhuman–and many are concerned about the implications of that possibility.
In this webinar, we will start with the basics: What is an AI agent? And how do AI agents vary from other AI and ML-based systems? We will walk through several case studies from inside and outside of advancement to illustrate how AI agents work and survey the type of results they often deliver: from improved efficiency and increased productivity to doing work that otherwise doesn’t–or can’t–get done.
Finally, we will explore the risks posed by AI agents: from data security and rogue activity to the possible (unintentional) loss of the “human touch.” We will discuss ways to mitigate these risks and offer a framework for modeling them alongside the upside potential. Thank you to our sponsor:
