Kyle Aldous leads the communication and parent engagement work at Singapore American School where his team has won several CASE awards in recent years. Over the last nine years, Kyle and his team have navigated significant R&D work, a new campus redesign and construction project, website redesigns, major ad campaigns, a head of school change, Covid-19 crisis communications, and more, all while having a laugh and enjoying the process.

Alix de Mauny Director of Development and Alumni Relatons, International School of Geneva
Of French extraction, Alix de Mauny is a British and Irish dual national who joined Ecolint as Director of Development and Alumni Relations in November 2022 from the Yehudi Menuhin School in the UK, where she served as Director of External Relations. Prior to that Alix’s career saw her working across the globe, including in Israel, Rwanda, Colombia, Belgium and Kosovo, in roles spanning international relations and humanitarian roles and a spell as Development and Marketing Manager for the European Union Youth Orchestra. Alix is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising, and as well as a Diploma in Fundraising holds an MA (Hons) in Italian from Edinburgh University and a Masters in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Emanuel Diaz Miranda Head of Content Marketing, IE University
Emanuel lives for a good story to weave, so he describes himself as a storytelling lover and aficionado. His passion for content started in the banking industry in his native Puerto Rico, where he was leading copy and digital marketing for the institution. The challenge of making a bank soulful caught him.
A Fulbright grant took him to Madrid to study at IE, where he stayed as the Associate Director of Alumni Communications. Emanuel has a passion for creativity, emotional content, and weaving stories that showcase the beauty of working in the educational sector. He is also a proud collaborator in LGBTQ+ initiatives and does improv theatre in his free time.

Brittany Haney Communications and Marketing Coordinator, Jakarta Intercultrual School (JIS) in Indonesia
Brittany Haney is the Communications and Marketing Coordinator for Jakarta Intercultural School (JIS) in Indonesia. Alongside a team of dynamic professionals, Haney manages the school's internal and external communications, digital and traditional marketing, social media, branding, and more. She has lived in Asia for over 12 years, and her work in advancement began in 2017 when she served as the Alumni Relations Coordinator at Shanghai American School and spear-headed initiatives that strengthened the school’s alumni program. She later served as the Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communications at an international school in Cambodia before moving to Indonesia. Haney's passion is "connecting people to opportunities that allow them to thrive", which she believes is the heart of advancement services. Haney received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and a master’s degree in International Relations (China Studies) from Shanghai International Studies University.

Mira is a multi-award-winning editorial director and marketeer who has dedicated her professional life to transforming development and alumni engagement objectives into outstanding community experiences. She is the founder of content marketing agency, YBM, which over the past few years, has won 12 CASE awards, including three Gold Awards.

Crickett Kasper Director of Schools, CASE
Crickett Kasper joined CASE as Director of Schools in August 2023. Most recently Kasper served as the Chief Advancement Officer at Singapore American School (SAS) where she was responsible for leading a unified community engagement approach through the integration of parent relations, alumni relations, annual giving, and major giving. With more than 16 years of advancement experience, Kasper has hosted a variety of events to support school communities and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining SAS in July 2019, she led fundraising efforts at Shanghai American School as Director of Development and Alumni Relations for five years. Her background is in advancement in U.S. independent schools, universities, and non-profit radio.

Gustavo Segui Director of Marketing and Advancement, International School of Curitiba
Gustavo Segui has been a leader in international education for the past 11 years, in the areas of Marketing, Admissions and Advancement, with past professional experience at Volkswagen Headquarters in Germany. He holds a record of achievements in marketing and large experience in leading cross-functional teams and in using design thinking to drive strategy, creative campaigns, organizational culture, professional development, and create a sense of purpose and belonging within an organization.
Gustavo has experience as former board member at the American Chamber of Commerce in Curitiba, as a teacher of High Performance and Productivity, as a Group Leader at AMISA for Marketing, Admissions and Advancement in the Americas Region and as a speaker at multiple international conferences.
He spends every Tuesday night with friends, developers, and designers having fun developing games.

Yvonne Trisynthia Director of Engagement, NIST International School
Yvonne Trisynthia is the Director of Engagement, overseeing core departments including admissions, marketing & communications, advancement and parent & community relations. A Dutch-Indonesian, Yvonne joined the NIST community in 2014 after living in Indonesia, the UK and the USA, working in TV production and education.
Yvonne holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Indonesia, a master's in education from the University of Manchester, UK, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, USA. Yvonne and her husband have two children who joined NIST in early Elementary and are now enjoying Secondary.
