CASE Presents: Erasmus+ Staff Mobility - A Panel Discussion
About

Erasmus+ offers universities across Europe funded opportunities to support staff mobility, professional development and international collaboration. But how does the process work in practice, and how can advancement professionals and their institutions make the most of the funding available? This CASE webinar will bring together 5 panelists with first-hand experience of Erasmus+ staff mobility, including both organising and participating in international Staff Weeks. Through a practical panel discussion, speakers will explore the journey from identifying an opportunity and securing institutional approval and funding, through to delivering a successful mobility experience.

The discussion will explore how Erasmus+ funding can support staff mobility, the application and Mobility Agreement process, finding and selecting suitable opportunities, and the practical considerations involved in hosting colleagues from across Europe. Speakers will also share lessons from organising Staff Weeks, including administration, resourcing, programme design and common challenges.

The session will conclude with an audience Q&A, providing an opportunity to ask practical questions directly to colleagues with experience of the programme.
