This candid conversation among Latinx advancement leaders aims to address cultural norms in the workplace, advancing your career and prioritizing family, and honoring your aspirations with intentional advocacy. We will offer Zoom breakout rooms to provide an opportunity to network and to continue the conversation in smaller groups.
