Dr. Jessica Elmore
Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, CASE

Jessica Elmore, Ed. D (She/Her) is Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB/DEIB) training at Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). Dr. Elmore is responsible for the development and tailoring of EDIB training for the global organisation, as well as providing EDIB consulting services for member institutions and organisations. As a visionary educational advancement leader, Dr. Elmore is dedicated to the development of authentic and cross-cultural opportunities and unites her scholarly research and practitioner advancement experience in building identity-centred solutions.

Formerly, Dr. Elmore was an active CASE North American District VI cabinet member and Co-chair of the CASE Opportunities and Inclusion committee. For over 10 years Dr. Elmore led the relationship building and retention programming for Kansas State University Alumni Association’s identity-centred domestic and international alumni. 

Dr. Elmore has a doctoral degree in educational leadership and a master’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University; her undergraduate degree was accomplished at a historically black university, Grambling State University. Dr. Elmore is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.


Dee Brecker

Executive Coach and Fundraising Consultant

Dee is a qualified Executive Coach and fundraising consultant. Prior to setting up her own consultancy, Dee held senior leadership roles in high value philanthropy and communications in leading UK universities (KCL, LSE), domestic and international non-government organisations, and the public sector (NHS charities, Department of Health, local government). She is an experienced public speaker, panel member and chair, increasingly speaking on diversity, inclusion, and equity in fundraising. As a qualified Executive Coach, Dee’s focus is on fundraising professionals and their teams, and specialises in supporting professionals of colour as they navigate their career, and women as they move into new or leadership roles.

Dee has a BSc from the University of Bristol, an MSc from University College London and a professional qualification in Marketing (CIM). Dee is a Trustee for Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Europe Trust, and a member of Faculty for CASE Europe Spring Institute in Educational Fundraising (2022, 2023).
