In June 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on the continued use of race conscious admissions policies at colleges and universities. The ruling has the potential to significantly alter the admissions landscape, so what can institutions do now to prepare? During this webinar, a panel of experts will cover:

  • the issues at play in Students for Fair Admissions vs. President and Fellows of Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions vs. University of North Carolina
  • the potential legal implications of the Court’s ruling on admissions and financial aid policies, including scholarships and legacy admissions
  • advice on how and when advancement leaders should proactively communicate with their alumni, donors, partners, and other community members about the ruling’s anticipated impact on their institutions and ways to ensure their communications align with their institution’s mission and values
