Jessica Turret
Associate, Jenner&Block

Erica Turret helps clients tackle complicated statutory and constitutional questions in a variety of areas. She assists clients in navigating high-profile matters before trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies, and Congress. 

Erica supports the firm's proud tradition of addressing high-impact issues by serving as an Associate Co-Chair of the Organizational Values and Strategy Task Force. In this role, she advises educational institutions, foundations, nonprofit organizations, and companies on legal strategy, helping them review and fortify their diversity initiatives in an evolving landscape. A member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, Erica is a core associate member of the firm’s Education practice. She assists colleges and universities with high-profile issues and disputes including those related to admissions, Title VI, Title IX, and free speech.

Erica maintains a robust pro bono practice, focusing on access to health care. She completed a pro bono fellowship at National Health Law Program (NHeLP). Erica continues to work closely with the organization, representing low-income Medicaid enrollees in high-profile litigation at all levels of the federal courts. 


 Dr. Jessica Elmore
Senior Director of Cross-Cultural Learnings, CASE

Dr. Jessica Elmore, currently serving as the Senior Director of Cross-Cultural Learnings within CASE’s Opportunities and Inclusion Centerᵀᴹ (OIC), has made a profound impact in the field of educational advancement. In her role, she has been the driving force behind CASE’s first online DEIB course, "The Journey Starts with You: DEIB in Advancement," and has delivered tailored training programs through CASE@Campus. Jessica’s strategic vision has focused on developing training and content that upskills professionals, enhances job performance, and strengthens organizational culture, ultimately contributing to the growth of outreach and engagement with diverse alumni, donors, and stakeholders.

Before joining CASE, Jessica relocated from the Midwest, where she led community relationship building and engagement programming for diverse domestic and international alumni and students at the Kansas State University Alumni Association. Her accomplishments include raising over $600,000 from diverse donors and organizations, establishing a successful volunteer leaders board pipeline, and executing over 300 culturally affiliated events, earning national recognition and industry awards. Jessica also played a pivotal role as co-editor of the Association’s first diversity-devoted alumni magazine issue, and her ability to connect across campus entities led to successful collaborations with international programs, athletics, and campus administration.

With expertise in creating award-winning external programming and fostering relationships, Jessica is an interactive trainer and communicator. She excels in making complex concepts accessible and creating environments where individuals feel confident to navigate new spaces and contribute meaningfully. Her approach empowers participants to not only understand but also apply their knowledge in ways that drive real impact.
