About
In an era where digital innovation is reshaping every facet of advancement, this interactive session explores how tradition and technology can work hand-in-hand to elevate alumni and donor engagement. Designed for senior leaders, this facilitated discussion will explore alumni relations, fundraising, stewardship, and events through shared metrics, modern tools, and collaborative team structures.

Outcomes:

This session will provide senior advancement leaders a collaborative conversation with DIV peers on integrating tradition and technology in alumni engagement. Participants will explore the modern context of alumni and donor relations, examine the emerging digital tools and models including AI-driven segmentation and digital volunteerism and discuss how shared metrics like those in the CASE AEM framework can unify cross-functional teams.
