Influence, Engagement & Impact

Being able to influence, engage and deliver with impact are key traits of high-performing individuals. They are also required if you are responsible for building healthy and effective team cultures, especially in times of change. In a university context, these things are about ensuring clarity, fostering trust, and aligning internal and external stakeholders with your goals. This session will introduce you to a range of tools to help you be even more impactful in your communications— both in person and online—and to build your resilience as you navigate complex relationships in a competitive sector which is undergoing unprecedented challenges.
