Sarah Sims is Associate Vice President for Donor Engagement at Texas State University and Principal of Sarah Sims Consulting. With more than 20 years of executive advancement experience, she partners with presidents, boards, and senior leaders to align philanthropy with mission, strengthen donor trust, and build high-performing advancement organizations. A CFRE, national presenter, and active CASE volunteer, she is dedicated to advancing donor-centered leadership across the profession.

Kristi Troxel is Assistant Vice President for Alumni Engagement and Executive Director of the Alumni Association at Texas State University. With more than 15 years of experience spanning admissions, development, and alumni relations, she brings a cross-functional perspective that aligns engagement strategy with institutional priorities and translates vision into scalable execution. She designs digital-forward engagement systems to strengthen the philanthropic pipeline while shaping distinctive brand experiences that honor tradition and elevate the university.
