Hello and welcome. We're just giving a few moments for everyone to enter. But in the meantime, if you would like to introduce yourself in the chat, that would be wonderful. We'll just give everyone about a minute longer. We have a lot of people registered today. We're very excited. And like I said, if you were just entering, welcome. And while we give a moment for everyone to enter, if you want to introduce yourself in the chat, that would be great. I will be posting the link for the slide deck in just a few seconds. All right, well, I think I'm gonna get started. So welcome to CASE's November monthly membership webinar. We are thrilled to have you with us this afternoon, or some of you, it's still the morning, as we dive into all the ways CASE can support you in achieving your professional goals. My name is Candace Fitzsimmons, and I serve as the manager of member engagement here at CASE. Over the past year, I've had the privilege of connecting with many of our members and seeing firsthand the impact of our resources and community. Joining me today is Edwina Wild, our senior membership coordinator, and the go-to expert for all things related to your membership account. Edwina is also our database guru, and she'll be keeping an eye on the chat today. So feel free to drop your questions and comments there. After my presentation, where I'll be highlighting some of CASE's most popular membership benefits and resources, we'll dive into a Q&A session to address any questions you have that weren't addressed yet in the webinar or answered in the chat. Also joining us today is Jennifer Harris. Jen is the senior director of development for parent and family philanthropy at Fordham University in New York City. She is also a longtime CASE member and a very passionate and beloved volunteer, and I say that based on firsthand experience. Jen will be speaking about her CASE experience both as a member and volunteer, and she can also answer any questions you have. If you'd like, it would be great if you could now introduce yourself to everyone in the chat by mentioning what institution you are with and what area of advancement you work in, such as marketing, communications, alumni relations, et cetera. You should have received an email with the link for today's webinar slide deck. Edwina will also be sharing the link in the chat, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the session without worrying about taking notes. A quick introduction to CASE. We are a global nonprofit membership association dedicated to advancing education and transforming lives in society. The only organization of its kind, CASE brings advancement practitioners together across the globe with members and volunteers at the heart of our organization. For the past 50 years, since our founding in 1974, we have been the professional home for advancement professionals, inspiring, challenging, and equipping them to act effectively and with integrity to champion the success of their institutions. Through our CASE global reporting standards, CASE defines the competencies and standards for the profession of advancement, leading and championing the dissemination and application. CASE is headquartered in Washington, D.C., just a stone's throw from the White House, with offices in London, Mexico City, and Singapore. In the U.S. and Canada, we have eight districts, each with its own regional council and district cabinet, providing invaluable local insights and leadership. The districts hold at least one in-person meeting annually to foster communication and collaboration. Our organization is led by President and CEO Sue Cunningham, who has been at the helm since 2015, alongside a 23-member board of trustees that guides our mission and strategic direction. CASE has nearly 3,000 member institutions around the globe, and more than 100,000 individual members from 82 countries. Our members work across alumni relations, communications, development, marketing, and advancement services, representing a wide array of institutions, including two- and four-year colleges, universities, K-12 schools, nonprofit organizations, and school system offices. CASE offers an extensive array of benefits and resources, many that are exclusive to CASE members. I will soon be discussing several of them. Our website, case.org, in addition to our newsletters, membership magazine Currents, and social media sites, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, provide up-to-date information on our latest offerings. We also send emails to members on events and resources of specific interest to them. Now, before we jump into the membership benefits, I'm excited to tell you about our monthly membership webinar contest. Since most of you work in education, you must all get excited over the idea of pop quizzes, right? Well, I am going to be chatting about several different CASE benefits today. After speaking about some of the benefits, I am then going to have a pop quiz. The first person to answer the question correctly by putting the answer in the chat will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card. There will be a total of five pop-up quizzes, so you will have several chances to win. And for all our A-plus students, it is limited to one prize per person. However, you are welcome to post your correct answers every time, even if you're already a winner. So pay close attention so you can be one of our winners today. All right, let's get started. We are now going to dive into some of CASE's most popular benefits and resources. One of the standout benefits that our members absolutely love is the CASE Library. This members-only online resource is a treasure trove of knowledge, featuring thousands of item records and resources. Whether you're looking for fresh ideas, answers to your questions, or samples to guide your own projects, the CASE Library has you covered. Let me walk you through some of the invaluable resources that you'll find in the CASE Library. First, there is the Advancement Resource Catalog. This is an extensive online database with over 15,000 item records, all specifically focused on advancement in education. It's a go-to resource for in-depth research and inspiration. Next, there are the CASE Subject Guides. These are curated collections that address common advancement questions, linking you to CASE publications, survey results, books, and more. Each guide provides a comprehensive reading list on the topic, making it easier to deepen your expertise. The guides cover a wide range of topics, including offering insight into areas such as athletics fundraising, online giving days, fundraising during economic downturns, and even managing controversial gifts. Then we have the CASE Files. These files track critical topics in advancement, such as the largest gifts to education. And finally, there are the CASE Sample. The Library has a large collection of samples that it has obtained over the years. Our members find them extremely helpful in getting ideas for their projects. These samples include alumni surveys, gift agreements, gift officer metrics, social media policies, strategic plans, stewardship, videos, alumni magazines, annual reports, branding materials, and much more. Okay, now it's time for our first pop-up quiz. The question is, how many resources are there in the online CASE Advancement Catalog? The first person to post the correct answer in the chat wins a Starbucks gift card. So I will wait here for- We have one, we have one already. Congratulations, Melissa Jo. Okay, well, that was, congratulations. That's wonderful. I will be in touch with you soon with your Starbucks gift card, but there are four more pop-up quizzes, so be sure to pay close attention for everyone else because there's still lots of opportunities. Now let's talk about CASE Events, which are often the first point of connection for our new members. Our organization hosts a wide array of educational in-person meetings and events that address the key areas and challenges our members face, whether in advancement, alumni relations, marketing and communications, or fundraising. We also tailor our events to meet the needs of various types of institutions, including four-year educational institutions, community colleges, and more. CASE organizes over 50 meetings annually across the U.S. and Canada, along with numerous international events. These gatherings attract thousands of professionals and offer great opportunities for learning and networking. We also collaborate with other organizations, such as our annual joint conference with the National Association of Independent Schools. Additionally, our districts host numerous events each year, from annual district meetings to informal drive-ins and online gatherings. CASE members always receive 40% off the registration fees for CASE conferences. In addition to in-person meetings, we also host numerous webinars and online events and gatherings each year. Many of these webinars and online events are offered free to our members. We're constantly adding new webinars, so I encourage you to check our website regularly to see our latest offerings. Our districts also host numerous online events and gatherings each year, so there really are so many opportunities to learn, engage, and network through CASE. And what's nice is these opportunities exist at a national, international, and local level. As you can see on this slide, our webinar topics are incredibly diverse, ranging from hot topics in gift processing to quick studies for community colleges. CASE members receive 40% off all CASE webinars too. And as you can see, many of these webinars are actually free for our members. As a volunteer-driven organization, CASE relies on the contributions of its members to make these events a success. We encourage you to volunteer for meeting committees or even serve as a speaker at our events. If you're interested in volunteering, you can sign up through our website at case.org slash volunteer. A full listing of events can be found at case.org slash events. Now I'm going to discuss the CASE awards and scholarships programs. Our members have done amazing work in advancement, and CASE is honored to recognize them through our CASE Annual Awards Program. Our Circle of Excellence Awards are creative and inspiring projects that make a significant impact on institutions and their communities. In fiscal year 24, CASE received over 4,000 entries and awarded Circle of Excellence Awards to 522 institutions. And it's an institution-based award. CASE also recognizes individual achievements through our CASE Leadership Award and CASE Distinguished Service in Awards. In addition, each of the eight CASE districts in the US Canada region also offer their own awards program. And I should mention that the CASE awards programs are only for CASE members. You can find out more about the CASE awards program and check out past winners by going to case.org slash awards. So it's a great opportunity to get deserved recognition both for yourself and your institution. In addition to our awards, CASE also offers an annual scholarship program to help members attend CASE meetings. Scholarship recipients can attend one CASE conference at no cost, covering the meeting registration fee. Travel related fees, travel related expenses are not included. This year, in honor of our 50th anniversary, we awarded 50 scholarships out of 77 applications, doubling the usual number of recipients. Many scholarship recipients are early in their advancement careers or come from smaller institutions, making this opportunity an invaluable chance for learning and networking that they might not otherwise have. The scholarship application process opens up in January and the winners are announced in April. Winners have one year to use their scholarship. You can go on our website to find out more and to see a list of past winners. Okay, now it's time for a second pop-up quiz. The question is, how many CASE members received the Circle of Excellence Award this year? Once again, the first person to win gets a $10 Starbucks gift card. And Edwina, do we have a winner? Yes, we have a winner. That's great. That was fast. Congratulations, Megan. All right, thank you. Well, congratulations, and I will be in touch soon, but don't forget, for everyone else, there are three more pop-up quizzes, so pay close attention. Now we are going to talk about CASE Global Reporting Standards. All professions have standards and advancement is no different. CASE is proud to be the leader for advancement standards, focusing on fundraising, alumni relations, and marketing and communications. We first published our reporting standards in 1982, and in 2021, we published our first CASE Global Reporting Standards, which expanded our standards to organizations around the world. This past July, we updated our standards with guidance on new funds committed and campaign counting. The CASE Global Reporting Standards provide guidelines and definitions for reporting the results of educational philanthropy at schools, colleges, and universities around the world. The standards are intended to help educational leaders understand and mitigate risk and enable effective leadership in the area of philanthropic support. They provide worldwide standards for institutional fundraising with definitions for educational philanthropy and important guidance around gift counting, funds received, new funds committed, and donor control and influence. All CASE members receive a complimentary one-year digital subscription to the electronic version of the CASE Global Reporting Standards. And if you need help with signing up for your digital subscription, please contact the membership team and we can help you with this. Additional electronic subscriptions can be purchased and also print versions. Some of our members especially like the printed book because it allows you to highlight and mark pages and annotate where needed. It also can be shared among the team and added to your office library. This book is spiral bound and includes tab sections. Now I'm going to talk about CASE Insights. CASE is the global leader in empowering advancement professionals at colleges, universities, and schools to make data-informed decisions. Institutions of all sizes, types, and locations around the world find that CASE Insights, our comprehensive suite of data, standards, and research is an invaluable tool for driving success. Our members leverage strategic benchmarking reports, data access toolkits, specialized trainings, and more to adopt a data-informed strategy that enhances their work. There are additional fee-based services offered through CASE Insights that are only available for members. Members can also participate in CASE Insights surveys online. In doing so, your institution gains easy access to personalized summary benchmarking reports, including peer comparisons, detailed data, and other valuable insights. CASE Insights provides specialized data, standards, and research that enable advancement professionals to make informed decisions, demonstrate strategic impact, highlight success stories, and define ethical practices at their institutions. As the world leader in helping institutions achieve their goals, CASE offers many of these resources as part of your membership benefits. Further, participants in our surveys receive access to detailed survey results and a customized benchmarking report specific to their institution. All right, now it's time for our third pop-up quiz. Question is, name two ways you can use CASE Global Reporting Standards to be more successful at your institution. Once again, the first person to post the answer gets a $10 Starbucks gift card, and the winner, do we have a winner? We do. Yes, that's great. You guys are fast, I'm impressed. I'm sorry, did you announce the name? Oh, yes, Katie, sorry. Okay, sorry, I spoke right over you. Well, congratulations, and I will be in touch soon, but for everyone else, there are two more pop-up quizzes, so pay close attention. Now I'm gonna talk about volunteering at CASE. Volunteers are at the core of everything CASE does. One of our guiding principles is that CASE runs on volunteer power. Volunteering is a great way for you to become more engaged with the CASE community and make an invaluable contribution to the field of advancement, and we offer a wide range of opportunities for those who are interested. Each year, more than 350 volunteer leaders serve on CASE boards and advisory groups, while another 3,200 advancement professionals volunteer their time as speakers, authors, conference planners, judges for our awards programs, and more. CASE volunteers are at all stages of their advancement careers, from newcomers to senior-level practitioners, and work across all advancement disciplines, such as alumni relations, communications, development, and marketing. Volunteers can serve on a short-term basis, such as by contributing to our conference, or more long-term, by serving a multi-year term on the CASE board of trustees. There are many different volunteer opportunities at CASE. These include serving as a volunteer leader on the board of trustees, serving as an awards judge, writing a piece for Currents, our membership magazine, or volunteering to be on a conference committee, which is the most common way that our members get involved with and volunteer for CASE. Our conferences offer many volunteer opportunities, including serving as a speaker, leading a roundtable discussion, serving on a panel, working the welcome desk, seeking sponsorships, or even working on an online program. There are also opportunities to volunteer at the district level. For example, I have the privilege of working with an incredible group of volunteers who focus on member outreach at the district level. In fact, Jen, who will be sharing with us, joining us shortly, is one of the wonderful volunteers who I work with. If you're interested in volunteering, I highly encourage you to go to case.org and fill out the online form to get started. I am now going to highlight one more membership benefit before we move on to our special speaker today, and that is case communities. One of the best ways to connect with your peers and expand your professional network is through our case communities. The communities are vibrant, secure, members-only online spaces where our members come together to exchange questions, stories, insights, and resources. Case communities is a great platform for seeking and sharing advice, ideas, and support. While many of our members first experience a meetings-related case community, there are so many more case communities to experience. Within case communities, you can engage with colleagues on a wide range of topics, including advancement services, alumni relations, communications, marketing, fundraising, DEIB, and much more. Our communities cater to diverse interests, such as college and university editors, foundations, community college grants, and independent and international schools. And here is a screenshot of the case page that lists the communities by topic. And as you can see, as of now, there are 11 different communities here. And we are always open to adding new communities. So if you have a great idea for one, please let us know. So you can explore all the possibilities and start connecting today by visiting case.org slash connect. All right, now it's time for our fourth pop-up quiz. The question is, name two topics that have case communities. Once again, the first person to post a correct answer in the chat will be the recipient of a $10 Starbucks gift card, and it's definitely enough to buy one of those great holiday drinks. So Edwina, do we have a winner? Yes, yes, we have a winner. Congratulations, Christina. All right, congratulations, Christina. I'll be in touch soon with your Starbucks gift card. But for everyone else, there is one more pop-up quiz, so pay attention. Okay, now it's time for our guest speaker. I'm excited to introduce Jennifer Harris. Jen is a longtime case member and volunteer. A little background information on Jen. Jen is the Senior Director of Development for Parent and Family Philanthropy at Fordham University. She also has over almost two decades of experience in the education sector with expertise in both the secondary independent school and higher education sectors. Prior to Fordham, Jen held roles in parent fundraising, annual funds, stewardship, and alumni relations at the Hunn School of Princeton, Petty School, the College of New Jersey, and Monmouth University. Jen has been a case member since 2009 and a case volunteer since 2015, serving in many roles, including co-chair of the District Achievement Awards and co-chair of the 2020 District 2 Conference. She currently serves as the case District 2 membership liaison, where I work very closely to her, and she is just absolutely the most wonderful volunteer. We have many wonderful volunteers, but she's incredible. Got to put that out there. Jen has a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Corporate and Public Communications from Monmouth University, and if anyone has questions for Jen, please post them in the chat. Okay, Jen, I am now turning over the microphone to you. Thank you, Candice, and what an incredible introduction. I feel like fundraising is such a team sport, and I just want a quick shout out a couple of my teammates. I see some Team Fordham on this call, so thank you for joining, and thank you to all of the other colleagues across the nation. I think one of the things that I'll start out with is just in this month of November, there's so much gratitude, gratitude that I have for being part of this profession, for having the opportunity to work at an institution that supports me in my professional development and is a member of CASE, and just gratitude for colleagues within the network of CASE. My involvement certainly keeps me relevant and provides me with so many great thought partners, and kind of leaning in and access to those folks that we can share best practices and have that network. I'm often traveling as a gift officer, and we have many families coming from across the nation out in California, and just to be able to have CASE family out there, so in my down time when I am on the road as a gift officer, connecting with folks at other institutions has really brought me so much joy. One of the things that I'll say, you know, we're all really goal-driven in our industry, whether we're specifically a frontline fundraiser or not. You know, we often have our action items, so I think I would want to channel my colleague Shara in D7, who was a member of this webinar last month and kind of gave some really great action items that I maybe will copy and steal and pass along to you all today on the call. I think the first thing to really know is that you have to know your district, because in order to volunteer and get involved, that's going to be one of the questions that's asked of you. So in District 2, where I sit on the cabinet, that's comprised of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Canada, Delaware, Maryland, and D.C., right? So to kind of know what district you reside in as your entry point to express your ways in which you would like to be further involved. And honestly, it could start small. That's where I started. So I, kind of like Candace indicated, a lot of times the entry point is through helping out at the conference level. I raised my hand to be part of the Programs Committee, which was really exciting in itself, because I had the opportunity with some other colleagues to craft the program for what our district conference program looked like. I was able to connect individually one-on-one with the dynamic speakers that we were featuring in that program and really get to know folks on a more personal level. Also just, you know, have that connection to follow up afterwards. So that's really one easy way to kind of get involved at the conference level. You could also even just say you want to do a session and present, right? So submit a proposal and share some of the really great things that you're doing at your institution with colleagues. Another way to get involved, which I too have had some experience on as serving as an awards judge, would just be in that world of awards, right? So if you don't want to take the time or have the time to commit to reviewing different submissions that come in, that's okay. But then I would challenge you to maybe submit something for a colleague and really elevate someone who is stand out in our field. You know, just some other other tips and, you know, insight in terms of the way I've really leaned in and leveraged my membership with CASE is also through the library. The resources there are phenomenal. Just recently, actually, I'm part of a data governance committee at Fordham and a question came up and able to kind of find, scour through some of the resources in the library to find some articles that were relevant to share with colleagues at Fordham. So definitely lean into CASE. And, you know, you can do that and get even more involved through the volunteering aspect. I'm going to shamelessly plug the incredible work that D2 is doing and all of my cabinet members who have been really so thoughtful in ways in which we're engaging colleagues in our district. And I think for many of you, these same type of events are happening in your district. So take advantage of them. There are to-gathers that are online and usually an hour and try to overlap with a lunch break. So log into those. We more recently in D2 had a to-gather talking about one of highlighting one of our awards specific to our district, the Chuck Wright Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award. And we had some of our past recipients speak on that. And we also are in our district are hosting different CIO gatherings. So specific to vice presidents and chief advancement officers in conjunction with some of the meetings that we're hosting on a quarterly basis as a further way to engage top leadership within advancement shops. We also are really being deliberate about putting together a mentor program that will be in conjunction with our district conference taking place in New York City this February 9th through 11th and trying to partner and pair some more seasoned professionals in our field with those that are just starting out in their career in hopes that we can build some pipeline and energy and continue to develop everyone within the profession currently. And then we also are going to be for the first time ever hosting what we're calling a D2 day on March 6th which will be a follow-up to the conference. We often go to our conferences and we're really excited and energized by all of the information that we're taking in. And then we go back to our everyday operations in the office and a lot of that network and information that we've just immersed ourselves with kind of goes out the window. So this day is a day in which there'll be various meetups within our district to encourage that conversation to continue beyond the conference and for those relationships to continue to be forged with other colleagues in the industry. So those are just some of my thoughts relative to membership and ways to really make the most of your case membership as an individual and you know an institution thinking larger scope as well. Happy to take any questions that you might have. I know that Candace you have my email on the screen for folks. Please please please no matter what district you are do reach out with any questions that you might have. If you want to chat offline also feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn. I'm often trying to to promote anything case related and I know right now in this season of giving too I actually just need to be mindful about kind of chiming in on the cases giving days. So that's on my list of promotion. If you follow me on LinkedIn you'll see my post about that. But thank you so much for having me today. It was a pleasure and happy to answer any questions if there are any. Edwina are there any questions for Jen in the chat? No questions. Okay well great that was wonderful Jen. Thank you so much. Really thank you. You spoke about how you made the most of your membership and got involved with CASE and you know kind of an action plan how everyone who's out you know part of our webinar today can also do the same. And as she mentioned she was very kind to share her email. So please reach out to Jen or us if you want to get more involved with CASE. We would love to help you with it. So thank you so much. Thank you. And just once again I just want to tell you how much we appreciate all your contributions here that you have made both to CASE, our members and really the industry as a whole. So thank you. We really appreciate you. Okay well now that we've covered many of CASE's most popular benefits and resources and had a chance to hear from one of our longtime members and volunteers it's time for our Q&A session. If anyone has any questions please post them in the chat. And now is the time we can also answer any questions that were posted earlier in the webinar. So Edwina are there any questions you'd like to share now? No questions? I'm not seeing any questions. All right well that's okay because we're always here for you and if you think of anything later on you can reach out to myself. I'll be sharing my information or anyone at CASE. Sorry we have one question. Okay. How many scholarships are awarded to the district CASE conferences? Well we maybe Jen you can answer this. We do 50 scholarships a year. Jen do you know of any? Do you do different? That's a great that is a great question. I believe actually ours might have been fluctuating by year. So Christina you and I can just chat offline and maybe we could find out what district you are in to confirm because I do believe that district levels could be different in terms of offering. And I will mention that I believe you can use your scholarship to go to a district conference. Yes absolutely. So you are you know in fact I think a lot of people do because they prefer to go somewhere closer to home. They don't have to worry about additional expenses. So that is a very common way that people you know utilize their scholarship. Great that was a great question. Are there any other questions? That's everything. Okay but once again like I said if you have a question now. Sorry Candice there's a couple more. Okay great. Let's see here. When is the submission period for CASE awards? I do believe we have started accepting submissions. You do have to be a CASE member in order to participate. You can always email our awards team at awards at case.cdc.gov. You can email us at awards at case.org as well if you have any questions about awards. Right and you're receiving information and for the scholarship program it definitely goes out in January. So if you're interested in scholarship you can apply in January and then in the early spring you'll find out. And as I mentioned you'll have one year to use it. Oh sorry I got an answer from our guy Chris in awards. The submission period starts January 8th. Okay great thank you Chris. And were there other questions? That's a very good question. It says do you have any advice on how to dig into the insights reports for finding actionable information and benchmarks? Well I would if you're interested in insights I would definitely recommend that you start by filling out a survey. You can go online and they always have surveys and you can fill one out and so that is a great way to get started and then they'll start sharing with you different reports. And if you're interested in something learning more from insights or maybe working with the team for something very specific you can reach out to them and we will have that sharing that contact information too. And they will be very happy to work with you to put together whatever it is for your institution you're looking for. But the first action item I definitely recommend is you go online and start filling out surveys. Are there any other questions? Nope that's all I think we are good. Okay well wonderful great questions and once again if you think of anything please reach out to us at any point and let us know your questions and if we can't help you we will definitely put you in touch with whoever it is a case that definitely can help you. All right well if there are no more questions I'm going to go ahead and close out the webinar it looks like we answered all the questions in the chat but like I said if you think of something later on please reach out to me or a member of the membership team but now most importantly it's time for our fifth and final pop-up quiz and it's an easy question for everyone at least I hope it is. Name two things you have learned in today's webinar and the first person to post a correct insert in chat and of course there can be many different correct answers will receive our last Starbucks gift card. Okay we already have a winner. That was quick I figured all that time while I'm talking away that is wonderful. Congratulations Kirsten if I said that correctly. Wonderful congratulations I'll be in touch with you and all our winners with your Starbucks gift cards but I think like well congratulations to all our winners I think everyone here should feel like a winner today because you are learning how to take full advantage of your case membership and to use it to be more successful in your position in your career. So really congratulations to everyone. So as we wrap up today's session I'm going to quickly review what we've covered. We explored some of the most popular benefits and resources available to you as a case member including the case library, our extensive offering of in-person and online events, our awards and scholarship programs, the case global reporting standards, case insights, volunteer opportunities, and case communities. For more information on any of these topics I encourage you to visit our website at case.org. There you'll find detailed resources and ways to connect with our team if you have additional questions. I am also listing here the web addresses for the resources I discussed today. As I mentioned the slide deck for today's webinar is available to download. Also available to download on the meeting website is a detailed list of all case benefits and resources including some that due to time restrictions I wasn't able to cover in today's webinar such as our DEI resources, internship program, employment resources, LinkedIn groups, and more. At this time we would greatly appreciate it if you could post in the chat any topics or case benefits and resources that you would love to learn more about. That would be so incredibly helpful for us in planning future membership webinars and other outreach activities. And of course you are welcome to send me an email with this information too. So once again a big thank you for joining us today for our monthly membership webinar. And we're excited to continue these sessions on the third Wednesday of every month. So our next one will be on December 18th and would love for you to join us again. And it will be another chance to win a Starbucks gift card. And there will still be time to get one of those holiday drinks. And please feel free to invite your colleagues as well. And thank you so much Edwina for all your help today and to Jen for sharing her insights and experience with CASE. So thank you again everyone and have a wonderful afternoon. Bye.
